Attorney Chris Denuna received his Bachelors of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2010. Chris then attended Charlotte School of Law in Charlotte, North Carolina, and was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 2014. While attending Charlotte School of Law, he was named to the Dean’s List in 2013 and 2014, participated on the Charlotte School of Law Moot Court and Mock Trial teams, received a CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Trial Practice, graduated from the selective Charlotte School of Law Advanced Criminal Advocacy Program, and accumulated over 340 hours of pro bono service.
After his first year of law school, he clerked at the law office of Charles L. Morgan, Jr., and received his certification for the Student Practice Rule as well as his Third-Year Practice Certificate.
Chris Denuna was hired as a clerk at Trichter & LeGrand, PC, in the summer of 2013. After serving as a law clerk for two consecutive summers, he was admitted to practice in Texas in 2014. Chris is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, the Houston Bar Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
