Any where from 3 to 180 days in jail for the first DWI offense, for a class B, and up to 365 days in jail for a class A license. The fines however have risen.
For a first DWI, the fine is now up to $3,000 to be paid within 36 months. For a second subsequent offense, the fine can go up as high as $4,500, also to be paid in a 36 month time period. Finally, if your blood alcohol level is 0.15 or higher, the fine goes up to $6,000.
